Re-election to Turlock Unified School District

What is the primary reason you are running for this office?

I feel that our community deserves to have a Board that is reflective of our Diverse community.

What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?

To Continue to work through the State budget cuts with our staff and bargaining units that will be coming before us for the 2010-11 school year and possibly beyond.

What sets you apart from the other candidates?

I am a second generation Turlock native and I lived and went to school on the west/south side of Turlock where I currently reside. I am already up to speed on the current issues facing our school district so I believe that gives me an advantage over at least a few of the other candidates.

I have worked for Foster Farms Poultry in Livingston for the last 20 years and I am a Customer Service Specialist for the Costco account.

After graduating from THS I spent a couple of years at MJC prior to going to work for Foster Farms.

Approximately how much money do you expect to spend on your campaign?

I don�t plan on spending more than $600.00.
