Car theft suspects: 9/06/08

Eleven people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Aug. 28 through Wednesday.

SUSPECT: Chandra Ngoun, 27, Modesto

CHARGES: Auto theft, attempted receiving stolen property, flight from traffic stop, driving under the influence, obstructing/resisting arrest, injuring a peace officer's police dog, hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, probation revoked
