Police were searching for the person responsible for the deaths of a woman and two children whose bodies were found in a home in north Spokane, authorities said Saturday.
A Marine based out of Camp Pendleton was awarded the Silver Star on Friday for courageous service during a bloody, six-hour firefight in the war in Afghanistan.
