Stacey Knight: Vergara ruling unnecessary

Vergara ruling unnecessary

The Vergara ruling targeting teachers is ridiculous!

If there are ineffective teachers in classrooms, it’s because administrators have not done their jobs.

Tenure does not mean you have a job for life. It simply means a teacher has jumped through the first, of many, hurdles. You never stop being evaluated. If a teacher’s evaluations are not up to par, then there is already a process in place to remove that teacher.

What we really need is a court ruling to oust bad administrators!
