I actually have a very long summer break since Southern Oregon University, the college I will be attending in the fall, is on the quarter system. I tend to go a little nuts when I’m not busy, so I’m trying to fill up the break as best as I can with shows and friends and maybe some volunteering. What I’m most excited about, however, is taking classes at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. They are a very high-level theater company, and I am thrilled to get to learn what they have to teach me!

This summer, my biggest plans are going to Tennessee/Kentucky to visit family, showing my replacement heifer at the county fair, and preparing for college.

I am going to my cousin’s wedding in Iowa and helping my aunt out with her Bible-school program. Otherwise, prepping for the Stanislaus County Fair and doing summer homework.

Making college visits will take up the majority of my summer, but I’m looking forward to it. Going into my senior year, I will finally have an idea as to where I’m headed after high school!
