Adam J. Stewart: Carson lacks managerial experience

May 15, 2014

Much has been made by Frank Carson concerning issues and practices of which he has little experience or knowledge in the District Attorney’s Office. Carson is skilled at giving his clients “due process” all the way to state prison; he is far less accomplished at running an office with managers, lawyers and clerical staff.

How many lawyers work for Carson? Managers? Support staff? What is his office budget? Has he ever applied for law enforcement grants? Carson is paid to embarrass and harass sworn law enforcement officers at the state and federal levels.

He prides himself on poking holes in the tireless work of DA investigators and then claims fewer investigators are needed to protect the citizens of Stanislaus County.

Birgit Fladager plays fair and fights fair; she cares about this community. Carson takes cheap shots and waits for reactions – ask any of his clients in state prison!
