Turlock police seize drugs, guns, cash

Turlock police seized drugs, cash and weapons while serving a search warrant Wednesday morning.

TURLOCK POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Turlock Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team seized more than a half-pound of methamphetamine, cocaine and prescription pills while serving a search warrant in the 500 block of Wolfe Avenue on Wednesday about 9 a.m. Investigators also seized three loaded firearms, more than $18,000 in cash and stolen property found in the residence, according to a news release from Officer Mayra Lewis. Frank Lee Cromer, 50, and Claude Stanley Smith, 64, both of Turlock, were arrested and booked on numerous drug and weapons charges, along with possession of stolen property.
