WALK FOR LIFE – 8 a.m. Friday, begins at Eastridge Community Church, Briggsmore and Oakdale Road, Modesto. Annual nondenominational Good Friday prayer walk goes past family planning clinic where abortions are performed and ends at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Free.
