Eight people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Monday through Wednesday.


Suspect: Catrena Loera, 31, Turlock

Date arrested: Monday

Arresting Agency: Turlock Police Department

Charges: Auto theft


Suspect: Peter Musovich, 44, Modesto

Date arrested: Monday

Arresting Agency: Modesto Police Department

Charges: Auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, rearrest or revocation of probation


Suspect: Ernesto Ortiz Jr., 34, Modesto

Date arrested: Monday

Arresting Agency: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

Charges: Auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, obstructing a police officer


Suspect: Antonio Valencia, 34, Winton

Date arrested: Tuesday

Arresting Agency: Turlock PD

Charges: Auto theft, receiving stolen property


Suspect: Michael Williams, 29, Modesto

Date arrested: Tuesday

Arresting Agency: Modesto PD

Charges: Auto theft


Suspect: Hilda Betsargis, 33, Modesto

Date arrested: Wednesday

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle


Suspect: Gary Littlefield, 46, Modesto

Date arrested: Wednesday

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of marijuana for sale, cultivating, harvesting and processing marijuana for sale


Suspect: Gary Sougey, 54, Modesto

Date arrested: Wednesday

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, enhancement for a crime committed while on bail
