Eleven people were arrested on suspicion of auto theft in Stanislaus County from Feb. 27 through Wednesday.


Suspect: Terry Mills, 28, Modesto

Arresting Agency: Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force

Charges: Auto theft, receiving known stolen vehicle, possession of controlled substance, obstructing police officer, possession of burglary tools


Suspect: Martin Harlan, 22, Livermore

Date arrested: Feb. 27

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, receiving known stolen vehicle, evading police officer, disregard for safety, possessing metal knuckles


Suspect: Russell Gorham, 51, Modesto

Date arrested: Sunday

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle


Suspect: Ricardo Lopez, 31, Riverbank

Date arrested: Monday

Arresting Agency: StanCATT

Charges: Auto theft, receiving stolen property, receiving known stolen vehicle, violation of parole


Suspect: Anita Morales, 37, Modesto

Date arrested: Monday

Arresting Agency: California Highway Patrol

Charges: Auto theft, receiving known stolen vehicle, driving with suspended/revoked license


Suspect: Daniel Woodral, 40, Ceres

Charges: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle


Suspect: Armando Cedeno, 24, Modesto

Date arrested: Wednesday

Charges: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle, obstructing police officer


Suspect: Bianka Gomez, 23, Modesto

Charges: Auto theft, theft or extortion involving motor vehicle
