Exercise classes for 60 and older

The Healthy Aging Association offers free Young at Heart group exercise classes for people 60 and older. Classes include strength training, aerobics and tai chi. The strength training classes use tubes for resistance and the exercises can be done standing or sitting depending on the participant’s ability. Tubes are available for first-timers at each site.
