MODESTO — Daytime temperatures look to be inching up this week, but a hard freeze warning remains in effect overnight through Wednesday.
The National Weather Service predicts a high of 45 degrees in Modesto Monday afternoon. That will be followed by lows into the mid-20s overnight. According to the National Weather Service, the record low for Modesto on Dec. 9 is 22. We could get close to that.
Tuesday afternoon will be a couple of degrees warmer, with highs into the 50s thats about normal for this time of year. It looks like more of the same into the end of the week and into the weekend, with a few clouds but no rain in sight.
