A big rig rolled over along southbound Highway 99 near Livingston Tuesday morning, spilling a load of grain, authorities said.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident was reported at 6:21 a.m. near the Hammatt Avenue offramp.
The big rig overturned into a ditch. The driver managed to get out, but the load of nearly 5,000 pounds of wet, distilled grain spilled.
The accident is on the side of the road, but grain has spilled and the CHP is warning motorists to expect delays as a lane closure will be required to clean up the mess.
