A couple of weak weather systems are moving through the Northern San Joaquin Valley, but they’re only bringing clouds to the Modesto area. There’s no sign of rain in the near future, forecasters say.
Tuesday will be much like Monday, with cloud cover and highs in the 70s, several degrees above normal for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service. Any rain will stay to the north of us. Lows will be in the 40s, with light winds less than 10 mph.
The clouds will move out on Wednesday, with highs remaining in the mid 70s until dropping into the 60s on Friday. That’s when another system is expected to come in, bringing more clouds but nothing much in the way of rain.
