Ken Garst: Time to put right-wingers out of business

November 10, 2013

Once again, The Modesto Bee’s Opinions page (Nov. 1) offers vivid insights which, if conservatives, right-wing extemists and tea party members could process contradictions to their beliefs, would put them out of business.

The Nick Anderson cartoon vividly illustrates the reality of the no-family-planning philosophy: make babies, make babies, make babies!

And Michael Hiltzik’s “Don’t Believe the Canceled Insurance Hype” essay. The insanity of private insurance is clearly illustrated by objective studies reported by Consumer Reports. Fox even featured a “small business” owner and his wife complaining about the burden of providing insurance for their employees under Obamacare. What no one mentioned is that the “small” businesses affected must have over 50 employees and further research by the “liberal” press found that this “small” business couple have only four employees.
