Roundup: Patterson remains unbeaten; RC's Brown runs for 329; Central rolls

• PATTERSON 42, LIVINGSTON 15, at Livingston — Damien Paulo threw six touchdown passes, including three in the second quarter, as the Tigers (9-0, 5-0 Western Athletic Conference) rolled past the Wolves (1-9, 0-6 WAC). Jordan Levu, Avion Warmsley and Brandon Williams each caught two TD passes for Patterson.

• CENTRAL CATHOLIC 56, CERES 12, at Modesto — Matt Ringer scored five touchdowns (four rushing, one receiving) and ran for 168 yards to lead the Raiders (8-1, 5-0 WAC) past the Bulldogs (2-7, 1-4 WAC). Timmy Gutierrez was big on defense, finishing with two interceptions and a fumble recovery for Central Catholic.

• ARGONAUT 42, BRET HARTE 7, at Jackson — Tyler Love rushed for four touchdowns to lead the Mustangs (5-4, 3-1 Mother Lode League) over the Bullfrogs (1-8, 0-4 MLL). Joey Guidi's 107 rushing yards led a running attack for Argonaut, which threw no passes in the game.

• CALAVERAS 44, SUMMERVILLE 28, at Tuolumne City — Mike Seawell ran for four scores to help the Redskins (7-2, 4-0 MLL) defeat the Bears (2-7, 1-3 MLL).

• RIPON CHRISTIAN 62, GUSTINE 7, at Gustine — Andrew Brown had 20 carries for 329 yards and three touchdowns, and Casey Kamper also scored thrice (two rushing, one on a fumble recovery) as the Knights (8-1, 6-0 Southern League) cruised past the Redskins (5-4, 4-2 SL).

• WATERFORD 40, DENAIR 0, at Waterford — Dante Berggen had nine carries for 163 yards, including touchdown runs of 55 and 20 yards, as the Wildcats (4-5, 3-3 SL) shut out the Coyotes (1-8, 1-5 SL).

• ESCALON 21, MODESTO CHRISTIAN 13, at Escalon — Frank Bavero scored two short rushing touchdowns to lead the Cougars (5-4, 3-2 Trans-Valley League) past the Crusaders (5-4, 2-3 TVL). MC's Anthony Brooks ran for two scores in the final five minutes of the game to make it close.

• SONORA 21, KIMBALL 20, at Sonora — Billy Kiriluk's 1-yard touchdown run proved to be the difference as the Wildcats (4-5, 4-2 Valley Oak League) edged the Jaguars (4-5, 3-3 VOL).
