Video submitted by the Modesto Police Department shows a woman running a red light at Briggsmore Avenue and Oakdale Road several second after her light turned red.
She hit the back of another car and fled the scene, then had her car dismantled and reported it stolen. But with the video evidence, not only was the woman charged with the red light violation but also hit and run and filing a false police report.
