The Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the basement chamber of Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th St., Modesto. The agenda includes the following items:
• A closed session at 5:30 p.m. regarding exposure to litigation from Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, Turlock and Waterford regarding charges for property-tax administration. In addition, the board is scheduled to enter closed session to discuss labor negotiations.
• A 6:35 p.m. public hearing to consider an evaluation report on community development and emergency solution grants.
• Creating a short-term crisis intervention program until the Psychiatric Health Facility is completed in Ceres next year. The county could approve a six-month lease for space at 1444 Florida Ave. near Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
• Approval of the county’s response to the 2012-13 civil grand jury final report.
