Info: Community Hospice is holding a free educational workshop for professionals that will explore the nature of grief, utilizing excerpts from the documentary film "The Gifts of Grief" and focusing on identifying the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of grief. The filmmaker, Nancee Sobonya, will be the featured guest speaker. This workshop is for those who provide support services to the bereaved within the community in the areas of social services, counseling, hospice, health care and places of worship. Attendees will gain practical tips and resources for supporting bereaved clients. The workshop is free, but seating is limited.
