SUMMERVILLE TO MEET: The Summerville Union High School District board will meet at 5:30 p.m. today for a special meeting to set a priority list for spending bond proceeds. Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday to consider a full agenda, including voting on a tentative pact with teachers and discussion of a technology specialist position and facility use fees. KING COMMEMORATION: Modesto High School will mark the 50th anniversary of the Martin Luther King Jr. "I Have a Dream" speech Wednesday during lunches, 10:40 to 11:15 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., at the flag pole in front of the school, 18 H St. The speech, given Aug. 28, 1963, on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, will be repeated in its entirety with student and staff support for King's vision.
