Turlock Now: TUSD students head back to class Monday

On Monday, all Turlock Unified School District schools will start classes again. The district’s 9 elementary schools, 2 junior high/middle schools, two high schools and two alternatives schools will all open for the year simultaneously. Electronic signs have been posted around the city reminding drivers to slow downs in anticipation of the more than 13,500 district students and nearly 1,500 teachers and staff that will be in and around the area campuses. 

So slow down and set your alarm clock. Because it’s time for Turlock to hit the books again.
