Heading for one-party government

August 5, 2013

Do we want a one-party government that makes it possible for everyone to get free medical benefits at a horrendous cost to the country? How about we all draw unemployment pay and get free food stamps? Should we worry about our country being on the verge of financial ruin and being controlled by unfriendly countries?

Do you like having a dishonest president with a personal cabinet who make new laws with no regard to the nation's Constitution? Who needs to worry about the well thought-up laws that our Forefathers fought for at the risk of their personal survival.

Here's how it is possible to accomplish an everlasting one-party government: Concentrate on the coming elections in 2014 and 2016. Be sure that the representatives and senators vote early to give citizenship to all illegal immigrants. Then, if only a real majority of the new citizens vote Democratic in 2016, you can be assured that you have created a permanent monarchy. Not so impossible?

As an 87-year-old veteran of World War II, I'm really afraid for my children that it just could happen. Can the "land of the free" survive?
