FEASTS OF THE BIBLE — 7 p.m. Thursdays, beginning Aug. 22, Big Valley Grace Community Church fireside room, 4040 Tully Road, Modesto. Congregation Lev L'Yisrael, a Messianic Jewish congregation, will hold six 90-minute studies for Christians on seven appointed feasts of the Bible, including Sabbath rest, Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits, Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles. $10 per person for study guide. MISSIONARY GOSPEL FELLOWSHIP — 7 p.m. today through Tuesday, First Baptist Church, 290 W. Olive Ave., Turlock. Annual conference of Turlock-based organization, which was founded in 1939 as an outreach to Dust Bowl immigrants. It now includes cross-cultural ministries throughout North America.
