Merced County Library closed for repairs

July 22, 2013

— The main branch of the Merced County Library, 2100 0 St., was temporarily closed for most of Tuesday afternoon, according to county officials.

The public was asked to leave the building around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday while workers made repairs to the building's electrical system.

After the repairs are finished, power will be restored to the building, according to Mike North, Merced County management analyst.

The library is expected to reopen this morning at its normal time, North added.
