VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

KINGDOM ROCK — July 15-19, Hughson United Methodist Church, Sixth Street and Fox Road, Hughson. The theme is Kingdom Rock, where an "An Epic Adventure Awaits! ... Where Kids Stand Strong for God!" Every day, kids will have Epic Bible Lessons, Imagination Station, King's Kitchen and Court Games, as well as singing and rocking out. The Community Vacation Bible school is sponsored by the churches of the Hughson Ministerial Association: Full Assembly of God, Hughson United Methodist, First Baptist, The Healing Place and the Free Will Baptist Church. GOD'S BACKYARD — 5:30 to 8 p.m. July 15-19, Wellspring Church, 820 H St., Modesto. Children ages 4 to 12 are encouraged to join in the fun exploring God's Backyard Bible Camp. Children will learn songs, play games and make crafts and snacks to teach them the daily themes of serving one another as Christ served us.
