EUROSUNDAY CAR EVENT

When: Sunday, 8 to 10:30 a.m.

Where: Starbucks, 3801 Pelandale Road

Info: EuroSunday-Modesto will hold its monthly meet and greet. Afterward, there will be a a fun drive via "roads less traveled," according to organizers, that will be geared toward all cars and all driving abilities. The general public is invited to attend and visit with the car owners. EuroSunday is known throughout the United States for its monthly gathering of European cars, trucks and motorcycles of all makes and models. Vintage, new, rare, high-performance and project — everyone is welcome. The Modesto chapter was formed in January 2013 and is free to participate. The international website is www.eurosunday.net. NEUROPATHY SUPPORT GROUP

When: Monday, 10:30 a.m.

Where: Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Rooms 502/503, 1600 Carver Road

Info: Feet or hands numb, burning, tingling? You may have neuropathy, a debilitating disease. The Modesto Neuropathy Support Group provides knowledge and comfort to those afflicted. It meets the third Monday of the month. Attendees share their experiences and what might help you. The speaker will be a pharmacist with whom you may review various medications. PATTERSON

SATURDAY AFTERNOON MOVIE

When: Saturday, 2 p.m.

Where: Patterson Library, 46 N. Salado

Info: Families are invited to watch the Disney nature documentary film "Wings of Life." The film gives viewers a close-up look at the intricate lives of bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and bats. Human life on Earth relies on these species, as more than one-third of the world's food supply is dependent upon them. Related books will on display and available for checkout. READERS THEATER

When: Mondays in June, 5 p.m.

Where: Salida Library, 4835 Sisk Road

Info: Bring a story to life with your voice, expressions and gestures by participating in readers theater. All ages are welcome to participate in this program, which engages participants and fosters reading comprehension and public-speaking skills. No acting experience is necessary.
