A better (and cheaper) idea for Manteca trees

May 20, 2013

A May 14 Manteca Bulletin article described $3.7 million of our money being wasted on lousy, expensive and unkempt Caltrans landscape projects.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what condition the trees and bushes are in! To make matters even worse, the city of Manteca is required to pay two guys $178 and $144 per hour to supervise.

If you want real supervision for the same money, I'll hire 20 workers from our ranch and one supervisor with a water truck. With the leftover funds I'll throw in fertilizer for free!
