Info: The ninth annual Cpl. Michael D. Anderson Jr./All Veterans Tribute Ride is open to all makes and models; it's a no-fee event. Cars welcome. Flag-raising ceremony at 9:30 a.m.; escorted ride time 10 a.m. The Mobile Vet Center will be on hand to assist veterans. The ride will end at Jamestown Harley-Davidson with beverages, entertainment and a barbecue.

Info: The Latino Community Roundtable is having its first "Serenata a Mi Madre con Mariachi/Serenade to My Mother With Mariachi" dinner and music celebration. In Mexico, Spain and most of Latin America, Mother's Day is celebrated on May 10. Entertainment is by Mariachi La Union, ranchera singer Liliana Hernandez and DJ Jose Alfaro.
