Stanislaus golf qualifies for NCAA Tournament

With a fifth-place finish at the Division 2 West/South Central Regionals, the Cal State Stanislaus men's golf team has qualified for the NCAA Championship Tournament.

The Warriors rallied in the final round to post a 3-under par 285, ending with a 1-under 863 total. The NCAA Division II Championships are May 20-24 in Hershey, Penn. The Warriors will be making their 20th appearance at the Division 2 Championships in 24 years.

The Warriors' Rob Damschen scored a two-under in round three to end the event with a 3-under 213 total, good for ninth place. Complete results, Page C-4
