— The Modesto City Council meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the basement chamber of Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th St. The council is expected to:

• Award a contract for the purchase of two Altec aerial bucket trucks for the Community & Economic Development Division, traffic electrical section, at an estimated cost of $272,780

• Accept work by Empire & Associates for the purchase and installation of synthetic turf on three fields at Mary E. Grogan Community Park as complete and authorize payments of $1,016,000. This item was pulled from the previous council meeting agenda to allow for additional minor work.

• Consider approving a lease agreement between Modesto Airport and Budget Rent A Car. Budget will pay the airport a commission of 7.8 percent of its car rental revenues or $12,000 a year, whichever is greater. Airport officials expect the commission to be $15,000 to $20,000 during the first year of the contract. A city report says Budget approached airport officials about opening a business there. Budget will share counter space with Avis Rent A Car. The rental companies are owned by the same firm.

• Consider adopting a resolution amending the city's capital facilities fees policies and procedures. A city report says staff has reformatted the policies and procedures to create a simple but more comprehensive set of guidelines.
