10 YEARS AGO: Three elementary schools in the Northern San Joaquin Valley and foothills were among 115 high-poverty schools in California that received awards for boosting student test scores. Don Pedro School in Ceres, Crowell School in Turlock and Jamestown School received the 2003 No Child Left Behind Title I Achieving Schools Award.
