Riverbank Unified School District for the 2013-14 school year will offer all transitional kindergarten and kindergarten students a full school day at California Avenue Elementary and Mesa Verde Elementary. Parents will have the option to pick up their children at the end of the morning session, but buses will run only at the end of each school day. Class hours will be the same as those for grades one through five, offering additional time for learning, reinforcing social skills, promoting physical fitness and exposure to the arts. DENAIR SPRING CONCERT: Denair school bands will present their Spring Concert at 7 p.m. April 16 at the Denair Middle School Coyote Center, 3459 Lester Road. The performance will feature students in fifth grade through high school. Admission is free.
