A reminder for dog owners

I noticed that apparently some good Samaritan took it upon himself/herself to post a "No Fouling" sign at Enslen Park. Here is a picture of it. What a nice gesture.

I wonder if the city of Modesto could take it upon itself to produce and post these signs at parks that require this simple reminder to dog owners. Maybe the city would be willing to produce them if volunteers were willing to put them up? If so, count on me to help post them.
