Background checks needed

Guns don't kill kids in school or people in shopping malls and theaters. People do. Everyone who has or wants to get a gun needs a background check. Get that? Everyone. If you are not willing to have a background check, no guns of any kind. The laws need to go after the source — people, not the guns.
