SYLVAN TO MEET:

The Sylvan Union School District board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the district boardroom, 605 Sylvan Ave., Modesto. Trustees will hear feedback from town hall meetings on proposals to change school schedules next year, but they will not take a final vote at this meeting. TURLOCK TO MEET:

The Turlock Unified School District board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the professional development center, 1100 Cahill Ave. The board will consider approving a $4.5 million bid for modernization of Julien School.
