Our little valley has a rich and diverse history — dinosaurs, if you can believe it. The largest sea dwelling to the infamous saber-toothed cat. Modesto Junior College is poised to have the finest science center/ museum/planetarium in California.

The Measure E funds, which were voted on by us, need your help to be utilized properly. The new science building is all but finished, but cuts are proposed, even though the project is on budget.

Say "no." Tell MJC President Jill Stearns to keep the outdoor lab and let us try to bring science back to the education system before the rest of world completely dominates us in this pursuit. We have the technology; let us use it to better our future.

Our valley needs these ground-breaking facilities and our children need your voice.
