TURLOCK — Three arrests were made Tuesday by the Turlock police narcotics enforcement team as the result of a search warrant served at a residence in the 1000 block of West Canal Drive. The search led to the seizure of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, concentrated cannabis, marijuana and other items, Sgt. Stephen Webb said in a news release. The amount of drugs was not disclosed. Julio Cezar Bennen, 42, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of cocaine and heroin for sale, and a parole violation. Ruben Bennen Prusso, 50, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of heroin for sale and possession of concentrated cannabis. Christina Lois Monds, 39, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment. A child living at the residence was taken into protective custody by Child Protective Services. The child's age was unavailable.
