— The Stanislaus County district attorney's office has decided not to prosecute at this time an Oakdale woman who was arrested Feb. 21 and appeared in Saturday's Bee on Page B-2 in a list of car theft suspects.

Tonya Mendes, 37, had been arrested by the Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force on suspicion of auto theft, attempted receipt of stolen property and receiving stolen property.
