Improved Kaiser offers great care

Thank you for the wonderful piece on Kaiser ("Kaiser seen as health care reform model," Feb. 24, Page A-1). I had triple bypass surgery three years ago, and the people there were absolutely the very best. If it weren't for them and their quick action, I wouldn't have made it out of emergency.

Their reputation a few years back was terrible, I know. But they have done a wonderful job establishing themselves as the industry standard.
