Obama values criminals' safety

In President Barack Obama's weird reality, gun control means guns are freely used by criminals and banned for use by honest citizens. The safety of criminals must overshadow that of victims. Today, in California, a higher sentence is given to a victim shooting a burglar than a burglar shooting a victim. Why? Simply a lack of common sense and a foolish judiciary.

We have passed laws that are routinely ignored by state and federal law officials. Ninety-five percent of all the gun-involved crime in this state is not charged under these federal laws, although they can and should be.

No California prisoner has served the full enhancement under the use-a-gun, go-to-prison law. Very few have even been charged under it. Why? Why do all our federal attorneys and all 58 county district attorneys fail to do their duty? Laziness? Incompetence? Ignorance? Take your pick. It is killing us all!

Do they care? No, unless the polls say they should.
