How do you break into the phlebotomy field? You go to school, which includes completing your internship. You pass your test. The state trusts you enough to give you a license.
Then the reality sets in. No one wants to hire you because you do not have the experience.
This is what has happened to my son and I am sure a thousand others as well. He did well in school and was so motivated. Now the heartbreak has set in because no one wants to give him the opportunity to do what he has learned to do. How does anyone get their start? Who is willing to give someone the chance? Where would we all be if someone did not have faith that we could perform what we were taught to do?
