connection with the shooting death of Javier Acevedo Gonzalez in April 2006. Gonzalez died and his brother was paralyzed from the waist down, officials said, after a fight at The Ranch Bar and Grill on South Ninth

• THE CASE: Pantoja is wanted on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon in a shooting April 3, 2006, outside a South Ninth Street bar in Modesto, according to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department.
