KEYES -- A double-wide trailer parked in an orchard near Keyes burned to the ground Sunday afternoon.
Ceres fire crews on the way back from a training exercise noticed a column of smoke coming from Faith Home Road and headed south around the time a 911 call alerted firefighters from the Keyes Fire Protection District.
The trailer was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived about 4 p.m., according to Keyes fire Chief Erik Klevmyr.
