Why is it that when a person lives in south Modesto and calls animal control about a vicious dog, all you get is the runaround?
One of my neighbors lets their dogs run loose and chase people constantly. The dogs tried to attack me while on my morning walk, and when I call the sheriff's office, they refer me to the Modesto Police Department.
When I call MPD, they refer me to the sheriff's office. Can anyone do their job without trying to pass it to someone else? Law enforcement in Stanislaus County sucks!
