Inauguration wastes funds

Is it just me or is any other U.S citizen bothered by our government spending $115 million on a party for Obama's second term in office?

In our nation's declining economy, I'm sure that money could have been well-spent in numerous other areas.

Can someone tell me who OKs the use of our money for this? Oh, it's probably the same government agency who gave itself a Las Vegas party!
