— The Hughson City Council is back to full after members appointed a planning commissioner to a vacant seat Monday night.

According to City Manager Bryan Whitemyer, council members voted to appoint Harold Hill to the seat left when Matt Beekman won the mayoral election last November.

Council members interviewed five people before selecting Hill, Whitemyer said.

He was sworn into office Monday night and will complete the two years left on Beekman’s original term.
