Virtual school offers real pizza in Modesto

MODESTO -- California Connections Academy will hold a free presentation and party from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at John's Incredible Pizza, 2225 Plaza Parkway in Modesto.

The event is for families to meet teachers and current families and learn about the tuition-free K-12 virtual school's online program and individualized approach to education.
