MODESTO -- A man was struck by a motorcycle Sunday morning while fleeing from an attempted metal theft at Davis High School, Modesto police said.
The rider and the man who was struck were treated for injuries of an unknown nature.
A total of four men were arrested on suspicion of stealing metal from a former city well site at the Tully Road campus, police said.
