Regarding "Noisy trains ruin neighborhood" (Jan. 8, Letters): It's true. I live on Cormorant Drive, and the continuous horn-blowing is very disturbing and is on going all night and early morning. It has gotten unbearable, wearing ear plugs is not fun or comfortable!
Please, City of Modesto, do something.
