Wells Fargo on Modesto's Dale Road robbed

MODESTO -- Two men reportedly robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 3424 Dale Road just before 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Officers used police dogs to search the area of Veneman Avenue to the north, Dale Road to the west, Standiford Avenue to the south and Hahn Drive to the east but did not locate the robbers.

Modesto police did not respond to inquiries requesting a description of the robbers or information about whether a weapon was used during the robbery.
